It permits staff to manage programs happening at the center, and persons (participants) coming to these programs, including the financial aspects of their participation.
+Karmê Chöling chose this system, rather than use something like eventbrite.com so that they would have their own database. The web site would list the programs offered using php, and eventually registrations done online were entered in the same database.
